Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement.

Each item from our store is printed specifically for you when you order it! Please make sure you check the sizing guidelines, to ensure you order the best size for your needs. We offer refunds or replacements if your item arrives damaged or defective and you contact the store within 30 days*; we are unable to accept returns.

If the item you purchased arrives damaged or defective, in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact the store within 30 days of the delivery date, and you must be able to provide proof of purchase.

From there, you can upload a photo of the problem item and request a replacement or a refund. Requesting a refund or replacement

If you cannot locate the order-confirmation email, you can also email store@rodneyforcongress.org to initiate your request. Your email must include a photo of the damaged or defective item taken within 10 days of the item delivery date; a description of what happened; and the name, shipping address, email, and phone number associated with the original purchase.

Once your request is received, our store will review your request and send you an email to notify you of the status of your request.

If your request for a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacements
